I am deeply appreciative of the expanded understanding of both the counseling process as well as the tools to assist my clients in bring more peace, harmony and well-being into their lives. On behalf of myself and my many clients, thank you Dr. Suhas for this excellent class. I look forward to part two in 2018.” —Monica V.
“The material was presented in such an organized and incredibly interesting way that I found myself getting more and more interested in the classes with each topic. Through out the course something wonderful happened, I have found my own lifestyle improving and becoming healthier and happier…To me that truly is the challenge! I feel like this process has given me compassion for others trying to change and improve their quality of life. It is a process.
I am a massage therapist and have been trying to think of ways to incorporate what I have learned, as well as help my clients improve their health and sense of well being. I recently offered a group detox/cleanse and used your book, “The Hot Belly Diet,” as the guiding template, and of course what I had learned in class. The group had such incredible results. One woman lost 12 lbs the first 10 days. She had suffered a chronic cough for over a year and within a week that was gone. Another woman had daily migraines in the morning, and within a few days they were gone. This really encouraged the group to keep going, and it reinforced for me the power of Ayurveda. ” —Anne
