Ingredients: Turmeric*, Dates*, Coconut Milk*, Ashwagandha*, Shatavari*, Cardamom*,
Ginger*, Cinnamon*, Black Pepper*, Clove*, Nutmeg *. (*Certified Organic)
Suggested Use: Add 1 heaping Teaspoon of VITAL GOLD to 1 cup of milk.
Add 1/2 tsp. Ghee or Coconut Oil. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
Milk may be substituted for a non-dairy milk such as rice, almond or coconut.
